Howell Builders is a family-owned business based in Perth, Western Australia. We started off as humble home builders in Tasmania in 1980, and after relocating to WA in 1996, we turned our focus to the commercial construction industry, specifically the retail sector.

We are unrestricted registered builders, servicing primarily the commercial building sector. Our capabilities include new builds, design and construct, property maintenance and refurbishments.

When we entered the retail and commercial property services sector 15 years ago, we quickly identified a need for a quality and reliable builder. The industry needed someone who offered a complete suite of building services, but also understood the importance of fast quotes, strict handover dates, quality finishes and minimum disruption to operations.

By growing our service offerings over the years, we can now supply you with a more comprehensive project and property service. As an example we have become a main supplier for shop front hoardings in the retail sector, and have developed a safe and reliable, freestanding hoarding system that has been tested and certified to meet the Australian Standard 4687.

In addition we offer a variety of building services to the elevator and mechanical air conditioning industries.
